You can talk to one of their experts over the phone (by calling 13 28 46), live webchat or email. They help you find the information you need to start, run, grow or close your business.
The National Tax Clinic program is a government-funded initiative to help people who may not be able to afford professional advice and representation with their tax affairs. This program is available to eligible individuals, small businesses, not-for-profit organisations and charities. Check the website of the clinic nearest you for eligibility criteria and contact information.
The National Debt Helpline offers free financial counselling services and a range of helpful tools. You can visit their website or call them on 1800 007 007.
The Small Business Debt Helpline also offers free financial counselling to small business owners and sole traders in financial difficulty.
VincentCare and The Salvation Army offer free financial counselling services.
You can also contact your local Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) for low cost advice and support. Local BECs are available to assist at any stage of the small business cycle. Some other services you may like to explore depending on your circumstance are:

- career advice through the myfuture website if you're looking for a new career direction
- employment assistance through Workforce Australia, if you're looking to find a job
- Services Australia can also offer employment and financial assistance.
