As a beneficiary you can request a loan from your trust, through the trustee. These types of loans are generally set up under commercial terms.
If the trust accounts show you are owed money because of previous loans you made to the trust or because of unpaid income distributions owed to you, the trustee can reduce these amounts owed by offsetting the payments made to you from those amounts.
