You can select data for one or multiple financial years to send in one file. myDeductions automatically creates a spreadsheet for you. You can then send those details via email to your tax agent, an email account for safe keeping, or a Dropbox.

You can share your data as many times as you want.

To do this, select Settings in the ATO app:

• if you're using an iPhone or Android device, select Share via email and myDeductions will create an email
• if you're using Windows, select View and save data and photos, then View data.
