Digitalisation and cyber security support

Small businesses that embrace digital technology can increase their productivity and growth. Digital technology can help businesses navigate economic challenges, deliver products and services faster, respond to changing consumer demands and welcome new customers who want to buy online.

The Digital Solutions program helps support small businesses to harness opportunities and grow in the digital economy. Small businesses can access up to 5 hours of one-on-one digital advice from a qualified and experienced business adviser for a small fee, and can access free workshops, webinar presentations and self-directed tutorials. Services cover a range of topics including: social media, digital marketing and selling online; websites and business software; AI and emerging technologies; and cybersecurity.

The Small Business Cyber Resilience Service provides free, tailored, one-on-one support for small businesses to improve their cybersecurity and recover from a cyber incident.

Exercise in a Box is an online service provided by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC). It will help you understand how resilient your business is to a cyber attack and evaluate your readiness to respond to critical cyber incidents. It's designed to complement your cyber security protective measures. Access to Exercise in a Box (and all related materials) is completely free.
